Looking for the perfect place to celebrate? Whether it’s a magical children’s birthday party, a private hire for a special occasion, or even an educational group visit, Dinky Town has something to suit every need.

From small parties that join in with our public play sessions to exclusive hire of the whole town, we offer a range of packages to make your day extra special.

Party packages:

Toddler parties:

£15.00 per child (Mon-Sat) 1 hour 30 minutes play and eat within public opening times for a minimum of 5 children and up to a maximum of 10 children.

Includes cheese, ham and jam sandwiches, crisps, cucumber sticks, sliced grapes, cocktail sausages, mini cakes and party biscuits plus unlimited fruit squash.

(This is available during our normal public opening hours)

Exclusive hire:

Saturdays or during school holidays

Exclusive use of our venue for a 2 hour play session for up to 15 children with unlimited squash! You are more than welcome to bring your own decorations.

£275.

For this package you can include any additional children at £7.00 per head for up to 5 children per exclusive hire. Completed booking form and a 50% deposit required to secure your booking. Package price includes up to 15 children, if these numbers are not reached the price remains.

Exclusive hire with food and squash:

Saturdays or during school holidays. Exclusive use of our venue for a 2 hour play session. Up to 15 children. Cold food party buffet and unlimited squash. Includes cheese, ham and jam sandwiches, crisps, cucumber sticks, sliced grapes, cocktail sausages, mini cakes and party biscuits.

£325

For this packages you can include any additional children at £9 per head for up to 25 children per exclusive hire. Completed booking form and a 50% deposit required to secure your booking. Package price includes up to 15 children, if there numbers are not reached the price remains.

Themed decorations

£25 per theme.

Table covers, banners, balloons, plates, cups etc.

Choose from one of our following themes:

(Unicorn, princess, moana, mermaid, pirate, dinosaur, superhero, tractor/digger, peppa pig, blue, paw patrol, jungle and stitch).

Sweet cones

£2.50 per cone

Party bags

£5 per bag

Character visits:

Superhero/princess visit

£70 for 30 minutes

£120 for 1 hour.

Party terms and conditions:

(We do not allow outside food to be brought onto the premises)

All parties require a 50% deposit to secure the booking- this will be invoiced. The remaining balance will then be due 7 days before the party.

You will be contacted the week before the party to confirm final numbers and any dietary requirements where food is provided.

Our onsite cafe will be open for hot and cold soft drinks and food.

Parent supervision is required at each party. Children cannot be left unattended.

After your birthday party has finished, we kindly ask that you vacate the venue within 10 minutes of the party ending. This allows us a short turnaround time to prepare for the next party or to reopen to the public.

All guests who park in the Dinky town car park will receive 2 hours free parking. Number plates must be

registered upon arrival.
